| Overall, I was very pleased with the service. However, I was very disappointed that only half of my order was shipped. The other half of the order was "back ordered." I should have been warned that this item was not in stock. |

| Thanks for the dumb survey..I can't begin to described the situation in 225 characters. I tried but it came out meaningless...don't mean to overwhelm your Commodore 64. |

| The site is fairly easy to use. I would like to see it more like a spreadsheet, with a list of items and a quantity field. The add to cart feature should leave you on the page you were viewing. Shopping cart button to view/update you shopping cart. |

| I wanted to know how long it would take for my order to ship out, this lady answered the phone and was very rude. she said rudely "10 days." Thankfuly I wrote to customer service and Ashlee M Helped me with my question. It shipped the next day. |

| I have dealt with WWBW for years, and I have always had excellent service and speedy delivery. For this order, however, I was very disappointed. The web never indicated this item was not in stock. It never arrived in time for my gig. |

| I would have appreciated a follow up notice regarding the bassoon reeds that I ordered. They were backordered when I placed the order, but the date has apparently changed. I never received notice, only when I contacted CS. |
