| order was prompt but i didn't get exactly what i wanted. Site offered vintage substitution and i thought that meant year. Instead i rec'd a Dry Riesling instead of the original Riesling which was not as good. Next time NO Substitutions. |

| FedEx made delivery difficult. After 3 attempts, they finally called to see when we would be in. Otherwise, they would have sent the order back. |

| My credit card company thought the charge was a scam. Wine Chateau did not alert me that the charge was denied, so then I'm wondering where my shipment was. Clicking on the order number gave me an "Access denied" message. Staff was helpful though. |
