| Your better off just paying the shipping. you get an email that tells you a pick up date, is not there you spend gas and time goind to the store 5 times to deal with people who have no customer service skills. you call and you hold for just a moment about 30 minutes. your credit card gets charge and in the end they have no product for you and tell you such and item order does not exist. My advise pay a little more and have it shipped home in the end you are saving time, gas and fustration. |

| Ordered and paid for a small 1.7 cu ft refigiator to be delivered to my walmart store. 10 days later walmart claimed the item was damaged in shipping? they then cancelled my order, stated to just reorder. OK reording the same item, now price has gone up. I e-mailed them for a answer, plus asked why do I have to even reorder, just send another one? Now I'm told if I reorder they will adjust the price to the first order. OK so I reorded, 20 days later nothing!! I e-mailed again, nothing, (I also had a new order no.) so they told to to call a 800#, did that and get this. Yes we have your new order however nothing has been done to put it through, What the H---, what kind of a way is this to do business. Today I'm still waiting for a reply. Next time I'll drive to Sears and get it the same day. What a wast. |

| I had ordered this product on July 06. This was my first order on walmart.com, only reason is that it was out of stock in store. Even today July 24 I am not in receipt of order. Neither have any idea when I am going to. While ordering it said 3 to 5 days site to store delivery. After placing order confirmation says July 16 to July 22. What is logic - anybody's guess. On July 22 I got mail saying that delivery is delayed. I write emails (starting from July 12) to walmart from my account no replies. I called their claims department no calls returned. When I go to store the folks there say sorry for their inability. I cannot cancel the order either. I had option to buy one from store and then return this when I receive but that is unethical I thought. Please save your life and do not order online go to store and wait for stock - it is much better. I cannot tell you how I am facing my son every day for not giving his first bike. I will rate negative if possible walmart.com |

| I have recently ordered a Sony DSC S-980 camera through walmart.com at online. They did verification for almost a day and this was an odd frustrating experience to me, as many resellers just do it a within hours. |

| I will always try to avoid Wally World, but finding what you need at a comparable price is next to impossible. And always equally as frustrating running after a sale, and there sale items are sold out. Now they have this Site to Store, you can wait for it 3 weeks. Although you can get it in the store for 10% more. Or get it shipped to home for 25% more. The Site to Store option said from 1 to 3 weeks, go figure, it'd be 3 weeks. They are working the frustration factor. You see it online go to the store and find out it costs more in the store. But it doesn't say that when you locate it at the store nearest you. If I could find a comparable item at any other store, for 10% more I'd jump and cancel my Walmart experience. But I'm stuck so far, its Memorial Day weekend, during a recession. Do you think there are any retailers who'd compete for my buissiness. I doubt it!!!! |

| I needed a new printer to replace one that stopped working.HP makes good printers and I had several ink cartridges from my previous printer. So I started shopping around.Staples cheapest inkjet was $69;Target had one for $49;BJ's had an all-in-one for $39 but it was a Lexmark. The HP Model F2210 was advertised as a best seller on Walmart.com only. Having good experiences with walmart at the retail level, the decision was made to give walmart.com a try. After creating an account, I selected my product and added it to my cart. There were step by step instructions at each point along the way. All were very clear with no confusion. Walmart.com uses Fedex for shipping. One need not go to the Fedex site-simply clicking "track your order" is an automatic link and one can follow the progress of the order from origination to delivered at destination. I ordered on Sunday and received my merchandise on Wednesday with standard Fedex shipping. Total cost was $36.90. It was one of the easiest online purchases I ever made. |

| I have recently bought quite a few items throughout the past three weeks. They were in nice condition worked exactly how i wanted, but the times just for it to get to me was the real problem. I do not know if it is because it was the holidays, but the processing literally took 5days. Simply put, I was surprised it took so long just to process and then. Almost ridiculous that it shipped faster then it could leave the facility. |

| The product I ordered was defective out of the box so I was out my money for shipping when I returned it. I posted a negative review on the walmert.com site, using appropriate language, and that review was "rejected" because they did not like my nickname "frustratedbuyer". I found out about the rejection 3 weeks later. I reposted my dissatisfaction with the experience and the product but am not sure whether or not they will post it. Like I said - totally appropriate content, just a negative review that never got posted. |
