| Terrible Service. In fact, no service at all. I placed an order on May 30, 2004 and received a confirmation e-mail the following day. When the product had not been delivered by June 10th I contacted Vitacost. Their customer service told me that they had voided the order because the product was not in stock. She told me that it was in stock now and I could have it with no shipping charges. Big deal ... I don't have time to reorder before my trip. Go someplace else. |

| I have placed 7 orders over the past 11 months. The first five were as good as any company I ever ordered from. The past order I placed 13 days ago and it has not shipped. I heard a calamity of lies. Their promised e-mail from a Joe Hyde was a laugh. He did not answer when my item would be shipped and why the delay. I spoke to a Manager named Sal. He probably should be flipping burgers for minimum wage. My order of over $100.00 has still not shipped. On my last ordered they doubled ordered. This company should be watched closely. I will give them one last shot if they offer me something for their delays and either lies or incompetence. |
