| This is now the second Samsung bigscreen TV we have purchased from Vanns.com. There isn't other place I'd consider for my final puchased of an electronic device(if Vanns carries it). Vanns prices are just too good and their service is 5 STAR. |

| The local FEDEX delivery people did not deliver as scheduled. Tracking showed a Friday delivery time; items arrived in town Thursday night, eary Friday; items were not delivered until Monday. Local delivery called late Friday to setup Monday... |
