| Their website looks great. I thought I found what I was looking for. I paid $12.00 for shipping and it took almost a week before I got it. Then, two out of the three items I received were not what I ordered. They said I could return it, but I had to wait 3 to 5 days for a shipping label to come in the mail. Then I have to take the box to the post office and wait for them to get the stuff back before I get a refund. Horrible experience. I really needed the items in a hurry. Now I have to make time to go downtown and shop for them. |

| Product ordered was not the same color as pictured on website -- and I dont mean a shade off, I mean it was pictured as dark brown and the item received was off-white. Here's where the real trouble began: it took over a month and 10 phone calls plus getting my credit card involved for them to authorize the return; then another 2 weeks of phone calls to get the refund for the return! I have a friend who loves this company; but she has never had a return! Personally, I would never order from them again. |

| Great selection of Southwest Decor! I ordered the Southwest Pottery Canvas. I've had so many compliments on it! I placed the order online Monday night and received it the following Monday. |

| My wife and I purchased the Athens bedding collection, pillows, shams, valences, curtains as a set; we planned to redo our bedroom using this collection. Don’t buy this product, and don’t buy from TOC, the curtains are not 84x84 as stated they |

| Very disappointed with service and prices at Touch of Class. They advertise their Tranquility Quilt as their exclusive line when indeed I found it at Montgomery Ward on sale for $100.00 cheaper. Be aware! Their Customer Service Emailed me that they would do a price comparison but then when I called I was shifted from person to person and finally was refused the option of the Montgomery Ward price. They did admit that they should remove exclusive from their advert and said the quilt was the same as Montgomery Ward. |
