| I appreciate the guy there who helped me in getting what I needed and he ensured that I was getting the most cost-efficient trade up solution versus my initial order to renew the Comprehensive Gateway Suite for a SonicWALL PRO 2040. He actually helped save me hundreds more dollars that most other companies would be glad to simply renew me but he showed me a better way plus i still get to keep my PRO 2040! Thanks! |

| Great price, quick ship (shipped using my own FedEx account). No complaints, I would certainly order from Tech Chief again. Chris at Tech Chief was nice, and very quick to respond and answer questions. |

| I've placed a few orders with Tech Chief. I've never had any problems with the order process and any questions were answered promptly. On the items I've bought, their prices were the best I found. Sometimes with all the items they offer, along with the options for narrowing down your search for a particular item type, it can be difficult to find what you're looking for. Shipping is also reasonable. |

| Overall, the site was easy to get around, the rates were good, checkout process easy, and fast shipping. I do really like the fact that I was contacted with the information about my order, and I had a salesperson to go to if I had any problems. |

| This was my first purchase from Tech Chief and I can say that everything went well. I received a confirmation email soon after my order and I got a tracking number the same day. I received my shipment on time and it was new in a retail box. If this order shows how they operate on a day to day basis, this is a reliable store. |

| This was my first order with Tech Chief. I was extremely pleased. I ordered a SonicWall VPN gateway. The order shipped and I received a confirmation email and tracking number the same day the order was placed. That was very unexpected. I appreciated the follow up emails I received from Holli White after I registered on the site and placed my order. At one point, I had a question regarding Tech Chief. I emailed Holli and received a response back within just a couple of minutes. I thought it must be an email delivery error notice it came back so fast. I was shocked that she had answered my question so quickly. The order arrived in great condition with no errors. Tech Chief delivered everything I expect from an online merchant. Thanks! |

| Excellent customer service. Called me upon receipt of my paid order for a discontinued product and set me up with the appropriate upgrade to the current product at very little additional expense. Delivery speed, order accuracy, etc. were all top notch. |
