| The coat I ordered was delivered on time (very happy with that). I tried on this coat in a store, then ordered what I think is last year's model of the same coat. The Medium did not fit the same but I am happy with the coat's warmth, color and price. |

| i ordered a montainsmith bag. the front zipper is missing the zipper pull. i am a bit surprised that noone noticed that before sending it or that there was no quality control on items being shipped. a bit of a pain to repack it and send it back. |

| My order was placed on August 15 and I paid for 3 day shipping as it was a birthday present. When the order did not arrive by the 20th I called and was told they would credit the shipping. No apology or explanation No reply was given to my email. |
