| I have been very disappointed. I ordered an item they reported as being in stock, and two weeks later I'm still waiting for it to ship. When I contact customer service, I get curt replies that the item will ship in the next 1-2 days, but it never does. Hopefully my son won't have outgrown the toy by the time it arrives, assuming it ever does. I expect better service, and I don't plan to ever order from this company again. |

| I had a very bad experience with this company. My wooden doll house was defected , with splinters and items were missing. I was able to returned it but they didn't reimburse THE SHIPPING!! Hello the product was DEFECTED. TERRIBLE Costumer Service. |

| WARNING!! This company lies and cheats their customers. This is the return policy stated on their website: Return for ExchangePlease choose one of the following options to return your item for an exchange: Easy Exchange...Just contact us at the phone number below and we'll immediately place a credit card order for your requested replacement. Then we'll email you shipping instructions, so you can return the original item at our expense for a refund of the purchase price. (Easy Exchange does not apply to drop shipped items.) Yet, they do not pay for return shipping. Do NOT buy from this company. Cannot be trusted. |

| I was pleased with my experience with One Step Ahead. They have a lot of great products, and their prices are good. They are definitely one of Go-to stops for baby gear! |

| ONe of my favorite companies and sites. Great products, shipping is still a pain unless you have a coupon but overall, very good stuff. I recommend it to all new families with babies. |

| The items were great, and hard to find anywhere else. The spray diaper rash cream was a huge success, the boys did not complain about it hurting when I put it on, and the diaper rashes have been much less frequent. The swim diapers make it so easy |

| This order house has very interesting products for infants, toddlers and young children. Many of the products are very expensive and considering that many products can only be used a short time are over priced. |
