| When I placed the order, the delivery date was 2/12/10, then it was 2/16/10, then it was 2/17/10. Finally I received a shipping notice indicating that the delivery date was 2/18/10. No reason was ever given for the delay. |

| the person i contacted me and flat lied to me saying road conditions was the reason my delivery was not met wich was totaly untrue there was no road conditions |

| received multiple ship confirmations with multiple delivery dates. Dates were 8 days apart. Luckily product arrived at the earliest date. |
