| I never recieved the ink for my printer that I ordered. Apparently it was first sent to wrong address. I gave them the correct address and have never heard from them again, nor have I received the ink I ordered |

| I made an error in entering my billing information and was NOT contacted to advise of the problem. When it did not arrive on time, I checked the order status and called to find out what happened. Once corrected, it arrived the next day. |

| I was very interested in a wall calender that showed 3 months, but the one I ordered did not measure my expectations. I need something bold,same 3 month layout and the same size, not pale colors and lines. |

| From the product inform ation it looked like I had the correct imation data tape but when it arrived it was not the correct one and was the smaller version than what I needed. |
