| I live in Hawaii and was not informed about having to pay shipping until my order was complete. I am sure there was something small printed, but could not see it right away. What caught my attention was the free shipping, but it was not free for me. |

| After requesting three of item, was told that there was only one. Asked for items to be sent when in stock. No response. Within seconds of receiving my order, I was told it was already shipped, no mention of inquiry about the item I wanted three of! |
