| I have purchased many electronic items from Newegg.com for about 3 years. I have never had any problem so far. However, this time I bought a cheap audio cable from newegg, and I kept hearing some bad low sound from my speaker after I plugged it. I contacted Newegg and told about my situation. Amazingly Newegg just gave me a refund without any problema and said to keep the cable. So I did not need to return the bad cable either. This was my first time to try to return item at Newegg, and the customer service was just as amazing as I have heard. They might lose some money because of their incredible customer service, but they know the customer is more important than anything because they will come back to shop at Newegg again!!Newegg Rocks!! Even if some items are a bit more expensive than other sites, you have to buy from Newegg due to amazing customer service! |
