| We placed an order for two mounts and told you the delivery date was critical for a tradeshow. You accepted the order, but never shipped, and never told us until we called you, and then it was too late. Shame on you. |

| Everything was as I expected. Putting the flatpack together was easy enough for someone who has never done anything like this. Needed an extra pair of hands for some of it, as it was quite heavy. The overall look is good. |

| The web page didn't indicate one way or the other if the j-mount base was included in the antenna price. Ergo, I assumed it was all inclusive. To my surprise it was not. I then had to order the base separately. Over all,I was OK with this especially when I couldn't find the antenna and base available at a better price anywhere -- in the stores, or on the web. |

| It was difficult to learn information about the products offered. The Antenna was of miniml quality, with almost no assembly instructions and no installation instructions. |

| Received tool in time period stated. I would have to shop loacally if tool was needed to complete a job quickly. I guess they call it planning ahead. From date of order to date of delivery there is quite a time span. |
