| "I hope my experience is not the same as danc1262 on the 21st. I saw your response to danc1262 and remain hopeful that i will receive the product i ordered on monday. i paid for next business day delivery. I ordered 2003 exch svr this am and made a mistake on entering the order (J1022794). i tried to email them and all the emails i sent (6 or so) were rejected. I than called the phone number on their web site and got their answering machine. i left several messages including the order number and asked that someone call me to confirm the order, no one has. Concerned in Seattle. I'll follow up with the outcome to this order on monday." |

| "I loved that they had the software i needed at the price i wanted to pay for it. They are a very reliable purchasing site believe it or not but i have done business with much worse. Last bit of advice i have to say to Jigantic.com is update your inventory" |
