| I had a LOT of trouble finding the exact replacement wheel casters for my Rubbermaid 35 gallon Wave Break mop bucket -- yours was the only on-line catalog I was able to locate them. Kudos to you! Thanks for making it so easy. |

| Placed my order on 10/8/09, estimated shipping date was supposedly 10/9/09. Today is 10/20 with no sign of shipment. Their website says "order sent to warehouse for shipment." I am going to ask for a refund. No customer service number to call, emails go unanswered. |

| was very happy to find and purchase the wire whips. We needed them at work and couldn't find any the size we needed in regular food service equipment catalogs. |

| Website was easy to navigate. The price of the product was much cheaper than other merchants. Shipping took a little long but that's because it was coming out of the East Coast. |

| I have tried many times to call the only phone # on the packing slip. All I get is a busy signal. These bowls are porcelain, not glass. I want to speak with a customer service rep. We wish to return these bowls. |

| I'm sorry that I am unable to tell you about the product itself as I ordered for a school supply shipment enroute to Haiti so only moved the boxes from my address to the church building for packing. |

| The order came in good time. The product broke in its second days use. That is when the trouble began! Response time was slow and there was no way to contact except be e-mail. I was sent to the supplier to deal with the issue and they were not supposed to deal directly with me as consumer. This is not an acceptsable way to do business! |
