| All ok except one pr. consisted of one being size 8 1/2 and the other 9 1/2. I had no expenses but did have the inconvenience of applying for the return postage sticker, re-packing the shoes, driving a couple of miles to the post office, and not having the shoes. |

| I had tried these sneakers on at a sport shop so I knew they would fit, but was most happy to find them through Holabird for $30 less, with free shipping! The order only took 2 days to arrive. I will consider sending my racquet in for stringing, as the sport shop actually strung mine incorrectly! |

| These guys are terrible. Don't believe any of the positive reviews; SERIOUSLY: Stay away. If you have any problems at all they will not help you in any way. They sent me bad shoes and a warped tech shirt. They even threatened me to send it back to me and charge me if I attempted to return it to them. These guys don't care about customers. Go somewhere else!!!!! Cheap prices are not worth it if you get stuck with useless items. BUYER BE VERY AWARE - Do not buy from this business (or attempt to do so) even if they are offering the product for free!!! |

| My husband is happy with his New Balance shoes....we would have been happier had they been "on sale" but maybe next time. Service was excellent |

| I am disappointed because I placed my order on 10/15/09 and as of 10/26/09 I still have not received it. Usually when I order from holabird, I receive shipment within a couple of days. |
