| I ordered a quanity of two jerseys. Only one cam in the package, I called customer service and they took care of it immediately. I had the second one the next day. Great resolution. |

| After 12 days of not receiving the product, I tried to call Customer Service (on 3 occasions) to track order but no one answered (was on hold forever). Communicated via e-mail, but never received a clear explanation of the delay or a commitment on delivery date. I was truely disappointed by the lack of service. (more) |
