| I was very disappointed that the Hello Kitty pyjamas that I purchased for my daughter and myself are way off in terms of sizes. There is very little difference between the small and the large. They should be marked as junior sizes and not misses. |

| I emailed Essential Apparel about why it would take so long to ship my item. They gave a very unsatifactory reply. When I bought the items it never asked me if I wanted to pay extra for shipping it sooner. Very dissappointed and unhappy! |

| The problem with the tracking information was not the fault of EssentialApparel. It's the postal system. Tracking information for anything shipped by mail is pretty much useless...it's rarely updated. |

| I wish EssentialApparel.com would advertise petite women wearing petite clothes of various sizes to get an accurate image of the clothing and the slimness size. The pants I received made me look fat and too short at the ankles. |
