| I complain about the quality pantyhose, either old stock or poor quailty. Told to return the pair,it would be replaced. I will wear a pair this week, hopefully with better results. |

| After I complained about late shipment of the merchandise I ordered, the store took care of my order super fast. I wish they did it without the nedd of customer complaint first. |

| My order confirmation stated that my items would ship in 2 days. 12 days later after I had not received the items (ground shipping) I checked my order status and both items were marked as backordered with no estimated ship date. I was never notified that the items were backordered, not on the original order confirmation or any time later. I called late in the evening and left a message on the customer service line. I also sent a email asking for the status of the order, an explanation about why I was not notified about the backorders and asking them to "make it right". Two days later I have not received a return phone call or email. |

| The product was fine. My dissatisfaction came with the untimely delivery. I stayed at home waiting for the delivery based on the promised estimated date of delivery. |

| While you met the shipping date you promised, Amazon routinely ships the day of order receipt or the next business day at worst. Your shipment fully the third business day after the day of order receipt is slow by the standard Amazon sets. |

| I received a color that was not like the color on the chart, i upset that I had to buy 3 of one color and not any less that. I was not told that I would receive a partical order. |
