| endless.com do not stand behind their price match statement. Few hours after placing the order, I found Amazon.com selling the same items much cheaper. when asking endless to refund the diffeence, they said Amazon and endless are not competitors therefore can not price match with them |

| Today I attempted to order a pair of Birkenstocks from Endless.com. After I'd placed the order and received the confirmation email, I realized I'd chosen the narrow instead of the regular width. I immediately emailed customer service to have the order corrected. Their reply was that "We process orders very quickly to deliver them to you as fast as possible, so the time you have to modify your order can be short." --evidently, this modification window is about five seconds. I'm guessing their refund process is not nearly so efficient. I went to the trouble of calling customer service after emailing -- I try to avoid doing this as these calls are not free on my phone -- but I received the same nonhelp there. It seems to me that an ordering process that makes no allowance for human error is fundamentally flawed and an exemplar of bad customer service. Overnight delivery, hooray! -- but getting the correct merchandise is much, much more important than speed of delivery. Priorities, people!! When I get my money back from Endless.com, I'll be spending it elsewhere. |

| I ordered my shoes at 7 p.m. and was wearing them the next day at 10 a.m. And free shipping! Brilliant!!! Last night I searched online for a pair of shoes I had admired in the store but they were out of my size. Endless came up in my google search results. I wasn't going to buy through endless because I was unfamiliar with the site. But a quick review search on the internet came up with high ratings so I decided to take a chance. To my delight as I started through the checkout it linked into my Amazon account and I was able to do one click payment. Amazing! I didn't have to create an account, fill in shipping info... My shoes arrived in the morning. They fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier. |

| Found the store via Shopping.com while looking for a specific pair of Crocs. Honestly, I had not heard of this store before. But after finding their prices were much cheaper than others AND they offer FREE overnight shipping, I couldn't pass |

| Bought some designer boots as a b-day gift for a friend at the last minute, since endless.com had free overnite shipping for the item I bought. Ordered Sunday night, shipped the next day, arrived on Tuesday, as promised. Got it just in the nick of time (or else it would have been a belated birthday gift). The boots that came had a few blemishes on the leather, but I think that's a manufacturer's defect and not any fault of endless.com's. One would think they would inspect a pair of $300+ designer boots to make sure they didn't have these defects at the factory. I'm sure if I had time to return it, I might have gotten another pair that was blemish free, but hey, my friend still loved the boots and she probably didn't have as much of a discerning eye as I did, so it's all good! :) Gotta love the free overnite shipping. |

| I ordered a pair of shoes very late on a Monday afternoon. Endless.com said they had free overnight shipping. It was so late in the day, I was sure this would mean Wednesday. I came home from work on Tuesday evening to find my shoes waiting for me on the porch. What a pleasant surprise! Endless.com has great prices and free shipping. What a great company. |
