| What a great experience! Ordered late on Thursday. The rep went the extra mile to be certain that the item was in stock and that I could get delivery by Saturday. I paid for expedited shipping, of course. BUT the order arrived Friday morning!! Wow. That means they went the extra mile to get my order shipped that night and I had it the next morning. Couldn't ask for better service, and the price was also the best I could find!!!!! As a veteran internet shopper, I was REALLY impressed. |

| Shopping at Discount-MErchant.com was a great experience they where prompt with service, (recieved my part U.S. to Canada within 22 hours) I saved over $400.00 purchasing this part and fixing my T.V. myself. I can't be happier |

| Everything about the shopping experience at Discount merchant Online was wonderful. The price was excellent, and the description of the product was extremely useful. The shipping information arrived promptly and was accurate, and my purchase was delivered on time in excellent condition. |

| 3 defective color wheels in a row, 2 were missing the protective cable sheath! Almost had to yell to get the 3rd one sent out (it broke within 10 mins of use), even after I sent pics showing how the 2nd wheel had no connection points. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be an issue w/ others as well. :( |

| I ordered a DLP TV lamp from Discount-Merchant. The price and shipping options were great. I ordered the lamp on the 2nd and received it on the 4th. Customer service was great. I have ordered from them before and will order from them again. You can't go wrong if you need a lamp. |

| We purchased 2 OEM TV lamps from this company. The first one lasted 10 months. The second one gave us problems from the beginning. We called the company within a few days of instillation and they insisted the problem was with the TV and not the lamp. We called a certified technician to come out and the problem was indeed the bulb. He replaced the bulb and housing, but Discount-Merchant would only give us another OEM lamp, not a refund. Plus, they made us pay shipping to return the defective bulb--$16.15. |
