| They were very easy to deal with. One of the items shipped was incorrect, but it was taken care of immediately, and I was able to speak to someone who could help me right away. I am very happy with DEI, and would look forward to ordering form them |

| Very desapointed, I received a deferent item than the one described on the internet, now I have to return it or exchange it if they are willing to send me the right item. |

| Although in the end, the product was not the ideal fit for my needs, the DEI rep was very helpful via email in helping me assess the product. When it became clear I wasn't sure, he sent a free sample of the product so I could test it in my classroom |

| I've been looking for a Cambro part for quite a while and I found it here. The parts diagram were awesome, I added the part to the shopping cart, calculated the shipping charges and it was done. Nice Site |
