| No one ever answers their phones or replies to emails sent to them. My item was never shipped and it is now 10 days later. i emailed them to cancel the order buy I cannot even confirm if they have done so. I am actually scared that I provided them with my credit card info |

| Their website shows product in stock for quick delivery - usually ships in 2-4 days. It has been 1 1/2 weeks and my item hasn't shipped yet. When I inquired about my purchase, I was informed that the item is backordered and should be in in a few days. I'm just wondering why their site still shows the item in stock and ready for shipping. |

| Shortly After submitting the order I was advised that the product selected was not in stock. Similar alternatives in style and price were offered. The communication that the merchandise was not in stock and the follow-up was timely. Although I did not purchase due to my need for the exact merchandise originally ordered, I would shop this merchant again. | My shopping experience with CoolKidItems was for the most part good. I haven't received the item yet, however. I also called the customer service telephone number 4 days ago and left a message. No one has called me back. |
