| I ordered a Motorola car charger model SYN0707B, a latest model for my Mpx220. This store sends me a much cheaper version and totally different model of the car charger which is only worth half of what I paid. When I brought it to their customer service after a couple of futile long holds on the phone, they maintain that what they had sent me is better than what I ordered. When I insisted on having only the model I ordered they say they can refund the money. I had spent much more time and effort than the 10 dollars I paid. Never buy from this store, if you do however, you are in for some big surprises. Their delivery also leaves a lot to be desired. I got this after three weeks. |

| I purchased a cellular replacement antenna from this company on 9/16/2005 and it was shipped very quickly. The information on the web page was very sketchy at best. I received the antenna in approximately 4-5 days only to find that it would not fit and did not work for my phone even though their website said it would. I tried to contact Cellular Factory (dba as e-Chen Inc.) Customer Service by e-mail on three occasions and called the long distance number only to get a message for me to leave a message. It is 9/26/2005 and I still have not received a reply. I have ordered another antenna this time from a reputable source for a cheaper price. The customer service at this company is bottom line worst case. I do not recommend the Cellular Factory (e-Chen Inc.) as a safe place to make an internet purchase. "Caveat Emptor" |
