| Got a discount, free shipping and no tax. Purse delivered within a week. Product description could have been better (black with white stitching, interior blue green check) but I'm OK with it. Satisfied overall and would do business with them again. |

| "I ordered a bag that I needed for vacation that I was leaving for in two weeks, it took them 9 days to get it out and it didnt even make it on time. if you order something from them expect it to take a couple of weeks." |

| "Misleading website. I wanted next day air shipping for the merchandise I ordered. The instructions were to place the order, which would have given me free ground shipping, and then call customer service to request next day air. When I called I was informed that next day air was not available on my merchandise. I then cancelled my order and had to start from scratch." |
