| I totally misunderstood that I was suppose to print the gift certificate. I've been waiting for a hard copy to be in the mail. I was very disappointed in the information to explain this procedure when I purchased the gift car. |

| The package showed up in the original carton beat up and torn. At this time it looks like nothing is missing, however I will not be able to install until a short time later to be sure. |

| I was going to purchase more items from them pursuant to a discount code I was provided. However, since the first order did not automatically receive the discount specified,I did not order more items. Merchant loses sales due to bad systems. |

| I had purchased a product in the past and had been very disappointed with how it had arrived. I emailed customer service and received a prompt response in which they went above and beyond in correcting the issue. |
