| I have been a "prime" member since it started. I just bought my husband an electric smoker for our anniversary and it showed up overnight! We don't live close to any larger stores so it is super convenient for me to get stuff delivered. |

| I have made many, many orders from Amazon and have been very satisfied most of the time. Shipping, customer service, and prices are all very good. The only time when I was dissatisfied was when I ordered something fragile and the item broke due to poor packaging. However, customer service was excellent and I was able to quickly receive a replacement. I would highly recommend this merchant for most items (except for fragile and large items...). |

| I have been using amazon for years and i think its great for all kinds of shopping. I use it for myself to buy books and software, for my son (software, video games, books and toys). And I have send birthday presents to friends and family in other cities through amazon as well. Its always been a good experience. |

| I have used Amazon.com for a long time for shopping. But I am disappointed this last year in the grocery section as it seems more items are not being stocked and delivered directly from their site, but from third party vendors with high shipping costs. This is a real turnoff for buying from them. Also, I have had problems viewing their new supposedly improved web pages in their entirety and have contacted them multiple times without any postive changes being seen by them. This is also a big turn off, since it takes much longer to view a page. It seems such a big organization would have the ability to correct such problems. |

| I am very disappointed with Amazon Customer Service. I accidently ordered something and within minutes tried to cancel and couldn't. They told me to refuse the package and I would get my refund. Therein lies the problem, I have been trying for weeks to get my refund - each time they apologize (everyone is always so nice), but then no action. Does anyone know what recourse I can take to resolve this problem. I even received an e mail of apology and told it would be processed, but when I called a few days later, I had to go through the explanation all over again. |
