| I ordered nursery products from Albee Baby on Nov. 28. It is now Dec. 17 and I still am waiting for delivery. I checked the status of my order and all I find is that it is in the warehouse waiting shipment. It was "in stock" when I ordered. I don't understand why it is taking so long to get shipped. Now I'm wondering if I will receive this in time for Christmas! Called this company and got no response! Not happy with Albee and this is my first and probably last order! BTW, this is NOT a credit card problem just a SLOW company! They need to answer their phones instead of having to leave messages. They say they will return your call, but so far that hasn't happened. Totally disappointed in this company. |
